Benefits:

1. Your company logo and link will be on the NSC/IndEx website’s homepage.
2. The NSC logo will be available to put on your website with a link to ours.
3. Platinum vendors will receive invitations to 2 annual IndEx events that will include your booth fees. You will also have the option to address the attendees at each IndEx event about your products and services. IndEx will approve all final presentation materials.
4. IndEx will create the marketing materials for each IndEx event that would include signs, banners, announcements, etc. We are utilizing outside marketing services from 2 professional organizations – MPI and AXIS. Both of these groups have partnered with IndEx to implement a very aggressive sales and marketing effort.
5. You will be noted as a “Platinum Sponsor” at the IndEx events.
6. Your logo will be on every edition of the IndEx quarterly newsletter.
7. You will have the opportunity to provide articles in each of the IndEx quarterly newsletters.
8. Your logo and company name will be on the standard event banners. (In addition, an additional banner will be made giving accreditation as a Platinum Sponsor.)
9. Your logo and company information will be in the IndEx Vendor Directory and you will be listed on the front page as a Platinum Sponsor.
10. Platinum vendors will be invited to attend 1 annual IndEx Advisory Board meeting. The IndEx Advisory Board consists of key personnel and contacts that will be directing the growth and direction of IndEx.
11. You will be part of our on-going quarterly marketing campaign that is promoted through phone, e-mail and mail marketing. This could include announcements of new products and services. This function will be provided by our outside marketing partners – MPI and AXIS.
    IndEx conducts weekly conference calls and web casts to promote our vendors. Platinum vendors will have the opportunity to participate on those calls directly.
12. IndEx will be continually advertising in various trade magazines and publications. The Platinum vendors will be promoted in 2 trade publications per year included with your annual commitment.
13. You will have the option to participate in the IndEx incentive program – IndEx Chips - at a 20% discount. This is a very aggressive promotional tool that is administered by our partner, MPI that offers prizes based on participation and sales. All administration is handled by IndEx.
14. Platinum Sponsors will be promoted with our other association contacts – CFESA, NRA, NAFEM, MAFSI, MUFSO and RFMA. Through our endorsement, the volume potential increases dramatically for our vendor partners.
15. IndEx is making on-site visits to all of our service partners to promote and enhance vendor relationships.
16. Platinum Sponsors are guaranteed that IndEx will not endorse or promote any other vendors that offer the same products or services. We will have an exclusive partnership with you and market you in that manner.
