About NSC

High Standards

NSC's goal to be "America's Premier Service Agency" is backed up by a set of Membership Requirements and Performance Standards designed to provide the customer with fast, accurate, and guaranteed service.

We pride ourselves on having over 220 members nationwide that practice the following high standards of service:

  • Provide contact with the customer within 30 minutes of request for service during normal business hours, and within 90 minutes after normal business hours.
  • Same day emergency service and standard service provided within 24 hours.
  • Strive to achieve a 90% fix rate on the first call.
  • Warranty service calls dispatched to factory authorized agency.
  • Provide 90 day warranty on service performed.
