NSC Standards

NSC’s goal to be “America’s Premier Service Agency” is backed up by a set of Membership Requirements and Performance Standards designed to provide the customer with fast, accurate and guaranteed service

We pride ourselves on having over 220 members nationwide that practice the following high standards of service:

  • Provide contact with the customer within six business hours for all emergency service on critical equipment from time of call
  • Provide contact with the customer on non-critical equipment within the same day or within eight business hours from time of call
  • Provide to NSC daily report status of all jobs. Including – schedule dates, parts issues, completion dates, etc…
  • Provide service (either with in-house service or contract sub-agents) on gas, electric, steam, electronics, sanitation, ware washing and refrigeration equipment
  • Perform maintenance programs and be able to track the service as approved by the NSC
  • Provide 90 day warranty on service performed
  • Provide 24-hour service – seven days a week – 365 days a year
