To secure and retain a customer in today’s highly competitive markets, the manufacturer must not only produce a quality product but must also respond to customer complaints or requests for service.
Services
The NSC offers the manufacturer a menu of services. The manufacturer can select those service they require:
Services available to equipment manufacturers:
- Establish a network of authorized service companies
- Receive and dispatch requests for warranty or non-warranty parts and service
- Parts distribution
- Warranty service and warranty claims administration
- Installation
- Planned maintenance programs
